to treat it as is, here is the story:

I live in a 'hot market', which covers most cities the
last couple of years. Here is the catch, 'Days on Market',
DOM.

I sawed several houses changed agents after first (don't
know what happened before), dropped the price for about
10% and SOLD IN DAYS. Now on the other hand, the agent
still acts like nothing happens and said 'house sold in
DAYs and you have to pay FULL/OVER price'.

This is a 'fraud' in my book for this to happen. People
play with numbers.

I agree I also know that there are Nut-markets that sell
in DAYS and you have to pay FULL/OVER price. But that is
not the case here.

But they still lie. MONEY, I love it. MONEY will destory
this society. Period.
