current news is that the friendly merger talks with another company ( perhaps cmrc- who knows ) failed and the stock came off. it is at 12.75 but a new rumour has it that sap will bid 25 to 26 pounds next week and if a bidding war erupts it could go out at 50 pounds

infobank traded over 16 pounds friday - a bid is rumoured to be coming at 25 - 26 pounds shortly. the analysts think that a bidding war may be possible and a much higher price obtained.
