Most major billers would be willing to say that Marketing is the biggest advantage of E-Bill, not reduced cost. I think consolidators that can present a more robust E-Bill (pop-up's etc.) would be attractive to billers. In addition being able to integrate with the billers backend system (Oracle, SAP, etc.), would also be an advantage. Quality, Customer Care, etc., Time will tell, Benny(IMHO)
