The AMD-K6-2 processor with 3DNow! Technology delivers excellent performance for today's demanding Microsoft© Windows© compatible home and office applications. The 9.3-million-transistor AMD-K6-2 processor is manufactured on AMD's 0.25-micron, five-layer-metal process technology using local interconnect and shallow trench isolation at AMD's Fab 25 wafer fabrication facility in Austin, Texas. Hi Scot:

Gotta love this new phase in AMD history with its "here and now" product line. Seems there may be some truth behind there new slogan "We've got the pwoer!" (I like that almost as much as the ad in my local paper last week "0 to 700MHz in...introducing The Accelerator" at 700MHz.

This Athlon chip sure seems to have turned around AMD's role in the marketplace. Let the good times roll!
