Charles, do you use SI 'classic?' Someone remarked last night that the slowness problem seemed to be restricted to people who use the classic rather than the new SI. I do not use AOL either. Whether I access SI via my commercial (Prodigy) or academic account, the painful slowness is there. A few minutes ago I dropped the webmaster a note about the problem. It might be helpful if you do, too, so they can at least get an idea who is having a problem and via which IPs and zones of the country. Lynn
