IS, I've taken a first look at WALK.

Revenues are down, they are consolidating their operations, and they recently reduced their staff by 40 people.

They say that they repurchased stock on the open market, and to my math, they paid 10.5 per share, however the stock has not traded that high since July of 1998? I'm confused about that one. Just after they bought their own stock back, it started to go down, and it's been near 3.00 since April.

I started a very small short position today just to get interested in it.

any comments?

TIA

Jim
