It's not what you think, or what I think, or what anyone else thinks that matters here. The movement of the tape is the Judge and anticipating that movement in advance is what constitutes a good investor and/or trader. Clearly, there were very few investors or traders who would agree with you. An auction price of over $300 was wanted. Expectations were not met. The auction was a disappointment.
