(OTC:IINN) announced today that the Company has acquired Caprock Corporation, Washington, D.C a 34 Act fully reporting company on November 26, 1999. As a result of the acquisition, Caprock will become a wholly owned subsidiary of International Internet, Inc., and the current shareholders of Caprock will become shareholders of International Internet, Inc. Pursuant to the acquisition and under the provisions of Rule 12g-3 of the Exchange Act, International Internet, Inc. will assume the reporting obligations of Caprock, by electing successor issuer status to Caprock Corporation, which will cause International Internet, Inc. to become a fully reporting company.
