Jeff, it certainly is. i must admit i am surprised that the market handles this latest upspike in rates so well...but then again in the new era we have learned to ignore such unimportant sideshows as oil prices and interest rates.

however, i still believe that the market's newfound rate - invulnerability has some sort of limit...perhaps we'll get a chance to find out where that limit is.

and it's got worse since I posted taht.
The market has been tying to fight the bond market,
and it can only do that for so long, higher interest rates
will always kick it's ass before it's over.
