Rich, that news was actually released last week (and was posted on the Globalstar thread at that time). I'm not sure how important that is to Norsat's prospects. More like an interesting link to the satellite industry, perhaps. (Globalstar is controlled by Loral, which will certainly be a player in Ka band, I would think.) Norsat is moving because of general improved visibility of its continuing improved prospects, I think. jmo, of course. Best, JS
