Yes, it would be a spread quad top.

I would have to dig out my P&F book to give an accurate horizontal or vertical count definition....I mostly just eyeball the chart. For DELL, I believe that you would want to use the horizontal count. The horizontal count is used when you have a large base.

Looking at the 2pt chart, it would indicate a large move based on the horizontal count, but we would need to see $50 for the move to be valid on the 2pt chart. I would look for a 30pt move if it hits $50 (eyeball, not formal count).
