I can see what you mean. There is still plenty of talk going around. Good Luck!

Rick, if I am not mistaking, I believe you are in the New York metropolitan area or at least reasonably close. You could very easily make a trip up to Yonkers, visit ADVR North and talk to Alan Gallantar or even the good doctor. That way, maybe you can get to the source of the lack of ADVR support or at least get some idea as to why ADVR management is acting as they are.

One thing that has caught my attention is the sudden lack of posting over the last weekend. Obviously it is because of the lack of follow up news to the recent outstanding ADVR news release. The implication that I visualize from the recent news release is that Substance R must be used with the AIDS cocktails or the PWAs, who are on the cocktails, will die.

IMO it is also a little strange [i.e., if I understand things correctly] that no one has pointed out that November 17 is the one or two year anniversary of the issue of the RBB Bank shares or options and those shares became exempt from registration on that date. Thus, RBB Bank can now exercise options and sell shares. Also, maybe the S-1/A4 can now be resubmitted without RBB Bank shares/options included. If this were to occur, maybe the S-1/A4 will be declared effective by the end of the year and ADVR will be able to avoid a Focus penalty.

Also,IMHO, the selling pressure that appeared around $0.30 when the stock was moving-up a couple of weeks ago could have been from RBB Bank selling some of their shares. Although this is a possibility, it would be really surprising to me if RBB Bank would sell any shares at these low prices because of the implications revealed in the recent ADVR announcement, as pointed out above.

In addition, I consider the pending ADVR INDs as shoe-ins for FDA approval because of the implications of the recent ADVR news release.
