GIFI down 10% today to a 9-month low. Anyone think it a buy at these levels? Thanks.

FGH Revised Forecast

In view of the Q&A and FWIW:

1. I think yesterday's all time low of 8 9/16 is the 'new' technical support level. Yesterday's Volume of 321.8k shares exceeded the daily average since merger (224.1k) by almost 100k shares, demonstrating increased interest in this issue. I view the close @8 3/4 with higher volume as a positive going in today.
2. I think the Millenium S.A. ($143.5m contract) is a done deal and announcement will be forthcoming B4 XMAS. This should be worth a point or two. Further contract announcements will only add fuel to the fire.
3. The most significant impediment to a STRONG rally remains the "Ocean Rig" dispute and it appears this will remain with us for most of 1Q/00. When this is resolved (regardless of outcome)FGH stock will likely head for the 20s.

While only a guesstimate at best, I would not be surprised to see the stock @ 11 B4 XMAS, 13 - 15 by the end of January, and 14 - 17 by mid April and a double of the latter figure sometimes next year.

I am strongly encouraged by yesterday's contract announcement and merger update. The Company is on a fast track of successfully achieving significant savings by rapidly implementing its strategic plans.
