Nope. If we don't penetrate it, the CRB just continues in its downtrend. In order to generate a P&F sell signal, it would have to penetrate the nearest support at 198. The next sell signal would be a break of 182 (major support) and probably indicate we have further to go on this downtrend before any kind of reversal takes place.

Also, the P&F sell/buy signals are generated by intraday price movement and not closing.

Interesting. Does it follow that a failure to penetrate 210 prior to a pull back indicate a "sell signal" on the CRB?
