Mehrdad,

I you believe that post... I mean really believe it... then you clearly haven't traveled the CSCO web site or been watching their earnings. I'll say no more. Do the research and look at how the two companies are performing and how they're positioned. If you think for a second that COMS has a shot at dethroning CSCO with their current product offering then I do hope you would share whatever it is you're smoking with the rest of the thread.

OG

<<Tell me why you think CSCO deserves such a market premium>>

1) When Chambers speaks in DC 93 members of Congress attend. 2) Cisco has never missed a quarter
3) They are locking up cable and carrier co's one at a time with their IP story
4) They have become the default standard in the enterprise space.
5) On pace to be $20M+ in revues next year - profits of $4B+.

<<Let Cisco be warned, they have a sleeping giant lurking in their shadows.>>

4 years ago, maybe, but the threats to Cisco now are LU and some niche companies - JNPR, FDRY, etc.

I'm long MA, probably with more shares than you, but I think the appreciation is on the PALM side.
