LGND got a mention early this morning on CNBC as one of the guest's picks, but I wasn't paying close enough attention to remember his name. He was advocating the second tier biotechs and mentioned LGND second.

What about the fact that today and tomorrow are the last two days to buy to accomodate Dec 31, 1999 tax selling (while holding a new LGND position due to promise of Targretin approval and SERMs). WE did have some higher prices early in the year - and some may wish to offset other gains by taking th loss in LGND this year. I hope they end up with no loss at all on Dec 31.
