Khris, 1. have they started making payments on the hotel? No - The facility was not completed, so NUOA used the payment money to finish more of the facility. 2. Did they sue the contractor...successfully? Yes - NUOA was awarded a $300 million dollar settlement in U.S. Court. There is a 6 month appeal period (which is over in January 00'). 3. Are visitors staying at the hotel?-is it done? Yes - The hotel is completed. Yes - it was booked up all summer. The casino is NOT finished. That is where the money is. 4. Is there anything new here? Korean deal in the works. Financials out any day. I truthfully am trying to double my position at these prices. I figure that since I've waited 6 1/2 years, I might as well go for it! Jeff
