What's your point? Please read the thread header. If you don't have the basic courtesy to fill in your profile and let us know who you are, I really don't care what you think about my posts, and really don't want you posting on this thread. Please don't take this as sexist (which is totally different that curmudgeonry) as I have no idea (or interest for that matter) whether you are a girl, boy, or cocker spaniel. Sorry if this hurts your feelings. cf

OT:DiB Please don't generalize about the differences between men and women based on the pseudo-feminist clap-trap flung so freely about by Poet and sn diego. As an educated, cultivated woman with my own business, I found their pompous and patronizing posts to be the lowest form of sexual politics. Having been on the receiving end of Poet's PMs, I can assure you her notion of the great sisterhood comes to a screeching halt when you disagree with her. As for Lindy Bill, he tells it straight, without hyperbole, and doesn't go off into a corner whining or sulking when he doesn't get his way. He's also not bullyed by cheap accusations of gender bias. I admire that. As my mother would say, the proof is in the pudding. Frank ran a productive and positive thread from which many benefitted enormously. Poet and sndiego, in the name of so-called open discussion and airing their feelings, have poisoned the air. Note: I won't post again on the subject. anna
