I'm no lithography expert, but I don't think I need to be to tell you that Lucents process is no threat to CYMI. LU still needs litho processes, including illumination devices, to build these circuits.

Reading the paragraph, it states that LU lithography processes are "one or two generations" ahead of its competitors 35 or 50 micron technology. This means that LU is building these devices with either 25 or 18 micron technology, which is where all the industry leaders are at today.

If anything, that story implies that SiGe production units will be down at the DUV level sooner than expected added to the volume of DUV wafer starts.

I don't see anything in that story that might have a negative impact on CYMI fundamentals.
