The milestones that you mention are all important but none of them is exactly high-risk. Barring a disaster on the operations side, AMD can improve their numbers by simply changing the product mix to be more Athlons than K6s.
Just for the sake of this discussion assume that AMD sells 1Mu K7s @ $275 and 4.5Mu K6s @ $60 (pretty conservative assumption). This means CPU revenues of $545M.
Now change that mix for Q3 to 4Mu K7s @200 and 1Mu K6s @ $50$50. That is $850M.

Worst case AMD would have to flunk Dresden, Flash can stay flat, and AMD would not do anything meaningful anywhere else.

In otherwords, it is very hard for me to see the downside in this stock.
