John Q, (APA) - Debt in 10Q are you serious? Sorry, I don't think this is anything APA specific. People are both selling and shorting this subsector since it's testing new lows. It won't be over until the entire subsector turns not just individual stocks. To me APA needs to test the 31-32 area. Don't think it'll go much lower, but if Gary's prediction on the overall market is correct then watch out.

Sector rotation should help us to an extent, but if we have a big correction everything will go down for some time before people start talking rotation.

I don't think any of this is that outrageous. Considering the $525 Million acquisition (Shell) from earlier this year it was necessary to do something.

Do you consider any of the text you posted to be a red flag?
