Yes - a pleasant surprise. Basford had mentioned that the company was in search mode for a "focal figure" to assume the CEO's chair, by the close of the millennium. It came true. I am keenly interested in speaking with their new man. The debt-to-equity conversion, it seems, is surprisingly generous given the deplorable course the stock has taken. I don't know the terms yet. If Axion signs another contract of similar scope to the General Dynamics contract, I'll more easily forget the dilution. Gary Economus
