Dont think so, but there is not a definite # of shares to buy. I think they said they MAY buy up to 10% of outstanding shares (about 7 million of 70 mil os) in the buyback PR. As of Sept 30th i think they had bought about 1.5 million shares (its listed on their webpage).
I think the stock is getting too expensive for them to buy back much more. Once they sell the ME business, I guess they will have $350-400 million in the bank, with which to buy a company or sell out to a larger entity.
My take on it, but can't figure out what they will do with all the cash.
Regardless they need to make some strong moves to make the stock price reflect some of their potential. I am growing very tired of WAITING for pair to make its run.
Soon, I will be out one way or the other to put this money to better use elsewhere.
