yup CSW is up but with no data to speak of, their status page says they had a "major database crash" and that quotes aren't current. No mention of why it won't actually recognize any symbol either :) Somebody lost out by dumping at the end of today IMHO - remember, tomorrow's Marcos' favourite news day!

I checked after prodding from my brother "a lurker :)", that Jordex must announce their intentions regarding the instrument conversion prior to the maturity date of Nov 30. This is based upon the news release dated Jun 21,99. This declaration has bbeen made to medsite.com (and Sedar) and may not reach the public immediately. I suspect that they will post this to their website or release it more publicly. In any case, I suspect that JDX might use the occasion for other news? humbly, Dean
