Robert W. Ingraham
President & CEO

Mr. Ingraham brings over 17 years of experience
in the data communications industry to WTI.
From 1996, Mr. Ingraham successively built and
managed Phoenix Fiberlink's Internet operations, Brooks Fiber's national Internet operations and
Worldcom's Internet MAE operations. In late
1994, Mr. Ingraham was founder and president of
ProMedia, a regional Internet Service Provider that
was sold in 1996. Prior to 1994, he was
consultant to various companies in the Silicon Valley including IBM, Hewlett-Packard and Litton Industries.

Desiree Hennessy
Vice President of Finance

Ms. Hennessy brings 20 years of financial
management experience to Wavve. Most recently
she was Senior Manager of Accounting and
Finance with NEC Electronics Inc. at their
Roseville, California location. Prior to that, Ms.
Hennessy held financial management positions
with several high technology manufacturing
companies in the Silicon Valley including Amdahl
Corporation and Raychem Corporation. She has
also served as the European Controller for a U.S. based
micro-computer company in Amsterdam. Ms. Hennessy is a
C.P.A. and was an auditor for Ernst and Young, LLP.

Greg Miller
Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Greg Miller brings more than 11 years of telecommunications sales and management experience to Wavve. He is responsible for directing the development, growth and strategic deployment of Wavve's sales and marketing operations in the US and Europe. Prior to joining Wavve in August of 1999, Mr. Miller held senior management positions with Teligent, Inc. (a large national local and long-distance telephone carrier) in San Francisco where he served as Vice President and General Manager responsible for directingT eligent sales and site acquisition initiatives. Before Teligent, he served as Director of Sales for ICG/Netcom where he ran the company's voice and data sales operations for Northern CA. Additionally, he's held management positions with Nextel Communications and since 1996 has been a concurrent partner in NexTrac Communications, one of Sacramento's largest authorized dealers for Nextel. He earned his Masters of Business Administration degree from California State University, Sacramento and his Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Davis.

R. Dean Matthews
Director of Business Development

Mr. Matthews lends 15 years of extensive telecommunications experience to the WTI management team. His experience
includes PBX design and installation, network
design, telecommunications business management, sales and marketing. Mr. Matthews successes include building Major Accounts revenue streams at Brooks Fiber, Worldcom, and
Qwest Communications. Previously, Mr. Matthews was President of A.D.D.I.S., a provider of telecommunications
management services.

Sheenagh A. Hamilton
Director of Marketing

Originally from England, Ms. Hamilton brings a
European perspective to the WTI team. Her
background is in marketing, advertising and web
development. Prior to WTI, Ms. Hamilton was a
consultant on a project developing a remote
Network Element Management System for nationwide sales. Additionally, Ms. Hamilton was co-founder of Virtual Picasso, a web development company that provides corporate e-commerce solutions for businesses.

Richelle Tarbert
Director of Network Operations

Ms. Tarbert has been involved in large-scale
Internet customer support, IP address space
procurement and allocation, building and
maintaining DNS Servers, LAN/WAN management, Network Operations and Internet System Administration on various UNIX platforms at Phoenix Fiberlink, Brooks Fiber andWorldcom. Ms. Tarbert's background also includes senior responsibility for UNIX System Administration at Hewlett-Packard.

Justin VanAbrahams
Director of Information Technology

Mr. VanAbrahams has an extensive background in LAN operations, server design and maintenance and 24x7 customer support operations. He served in senior position within these areas for Phoenix Fiberlink, Brooks Fiber and Worldcom since 1996. Previously, Mr. Van Abrahams was co-founder of Real Time Solutions, a company that provided computer and network systems integration for businesses.

Audra Baker
Director of Customer Care

Ms. Baker brings her experience in server
operations, graphic design, web-based development and architecture, and large-scale 24x7 customer support operations. Ms. Baker has worked in these capacities for Phoenix Fiberlink, Electric Lightwave, Brooks Fiber
Properties and MCI Worldcom. Previously, Ms.
Baker was co-founder of Virtual Picasso, a web
development company that provides corporate e-commerce solutions for businesses.

Steven Krische
Director of Provisioning

Mr. Krische has been involved in large-scale
Internet customer support, network administration
and Internet server administration at Worldcom.
He has spent many years working as a consultant
to various ISPs. Prior to Worldcom, Mr. Krische
worked in LAN design and maintenance and customer support.
