Follow-up to Barron's article

The article applied the anticipated growth rates for AMAT, KLAC, etc. against their anticipated earnings for next year and compared this to the current stock price noting that they were trading at a perceived premium.

If you apply this same logic to Cymer you get the following:

Growth rate_____00 earnings_____Stock price
____30___________$2.00_________$60.00

Thus, we need to be concerned about valuation when Cymer materially exceeds $60.00 per share.

People like Brett Hodess, who will be a speaker at the symposium this Wednesday, should be fully aware of this (IMO). Barring a change in current fundamentals, this may be the last time you see Cymer south of $40. Back up the truck!!!
