Hello Vicki,

One of our fellow lurkers (Dick the Hick) turned us on to a
book by Harrison Roth entitled, "LEAPs - What They Are and
How to Use Them for Profit and Protection." In the book, he
discusses every possible application of LEAPs. I recommend
the book as a must have reference. What I described is
covered in great detail in the book.

By the way, I'm working (actually I have my significant
other doing it for me) on a table that will appear on my
web site that will display every LEAP combination in the
near future. It will be updated weekly. Otherwise, here are
some links on the subject covered on this forum. I like
using the post since these folks ask just about every
question you can imagine and then some. :-)

By the way, Fidelity allows spreads with LEAPs. You have to
use a broker on the phone.
