If I recall correctly Jerry only broached the subject of possible unfair business practices by Intel when asked about the same by the interviewer. I thought his response was even tempered and well reasoned. I didn't detect a note of complaint in his voice. Only a matter of fact statement to the effect that AMD has to take care of it's own problem's by responding to Intel in the marketplace. Not by expecting the government to drag Intel into court. He did, however, leave the door open for possible legal action by AMD against Intel in the future. Nothing unusual about that, after all it is the American way.
