KIS, Better example. This is a true story. RealEstate agent: Your house is not moving now. It doesn't look good to have it 'ON THE MARKET' so long. I suggest you take it off the market for awhile and start a new listing later. Guess what the 'days on market' is when it starts. I'm bidding a house that is on the market '11 days' according to MLS. The expired listing period was 4 months, just like that it disappeared with the new listing. Someday, we'll see class-action suit on this since the last batch to get the candles will get burned.
