Aggie,
Very good post, these Y2K reassurances may be part of the story behind the recent down move in oil. But since when does shutting down oil loading (even for 10 hours or a day) assure oil delivery gggg?

Y2K is throwing a monkey wrench into both the up and down controls here in the oil stocks, based on perceptions and not events.
Prior to the New Millennium, perceptions of its effects matter most but will they make up their minds? Will the smart money be safe or be brave?

Best Regards,

Roebear
