I don't know the answer regarding if vested are included. I never read the Statement of Positon or Standard but had seen how in the money options would be included and then excluded as a stock dropped in price and vice versa.

On non vested I doubt if they are but this is just a guess.

Wayne, Non-vested options are included in the fully diluted EPS. Also don't forget that in the share calculation, a weighted average is used.
