This stock has the potential to reach 20 over the next 12 months if: 1) The next 3 quarterly earnings reports are progressively positive; 2) Paulson doesn't IPO any more "wholly owned subsidiaries"; 3) No more Paulson deals like the Fletcher (and other) deals; 4) NAVR shares are not increased again for the next 12 months; 5) Institutional ownership increases to at least 25% - 30%; .. ... ... Just a personal opinion based on my own observation and experience with NAVR.... and Paulson's "financial management methodology"... This potential is quite dependent on several "ifs", obviously...
