KOREA excellent question and something I've answered at length not only here. marketgems.com. Remember the daily chart is like the 'big picture'.. the Atlas but not the road map of your destination. You need your actual entries and exits to be determined by the buy/sell signals in the 5-10 or 15 minute charts depending on the volatility of the stock, your goals etc.

This holds even more strongly on an untried IPO. What you have to work with are intraday surges, some good 'press', maybe a good word from a 'main contender' like MSFT, CMGI etc... You need your stops and you look at market climate for an idea as to where your sector is heading. I did intend to choose a Chinese issue, but settled on KOREA instead. I was initially disappointed but then I did note that the watch list play that didn't trigger the first hour were moving very well by 12:00 noon and then KOREA 'triggered'.
