Yes " Three takeovers in one day".Its about time.I was starting to wonder what was happening with the majors flowing record cash flow and more money than they know what to do with. Several dozen of these small companies would be better off merging or soliciting take overs. The oil and gas business in Canada needs to rationalize.Too many companies chasing a dwindling resource. They had better take advantage of this improved environment while it lasts. The stubborn ones will resist but die off like the dinosaurs.If you look at some of these small companies many of them have managed to survive by issuing shares a couple of times a year for the past dozen years.Shareholders are starting to catch on that the returns in this industry are pitifull.Big is better IMHO. Look forward to more merger or take over news! Care to take a guess has to who will be next? Richard
