Selling that is managed in a manner to ensure that none of the right people get screwed

Victor, per Pcln's 13D filing on 12/24/99:
Delta sold 1,225,000 shares on 11/18 @$71.3688
Sold 65,000 shares on 11/19 @$68.8269
Sold 737,500 shares on 11/23 @$62.4219

Delta owned 17.6M shares before all the selling and as of 12/24/99, Delta owns 11,897,567 Pcln shares. So Delta sold 5.7M shares in total. Now, short interest pretty much stand still at 7+ million shares, so I think that there has been some institutions absorption. Buying in the low 60s, I am hoping for a 50% gain in 2/3 months.

I also think that Pcln can easily drop to $50 with additional selling and year-end tax selling.
