Really? Well, I don't know. The bunnies were before my time, the playboy clubs were all closed out here in the early 70s. They went on for longer in the east apparently. But anyway on the show they made it look like they were just waitresses in skimpy costumes, and there were so many notable women doing it, it almost seemed "respectable"! I mean Gloria Steinem and that actress on Falcon Crest and all. Well geez, who wants to wear a tail anyway. Only dopes wear tails, thats what I think. :-)

sandintoes - bunnies were fundamentally attractive young waitresses in skimpy costumes - not whores. Not denying that sexual fantasy wasn't part of the marketing scheme.
