Yeah, you can buy a cheap router. But what's the matter with your winproxy setup? It's cheaper by far (incremental cost), since you have it already.

What kind of modem does the ADSL hookup have? Some of them are really smart -- the Flowpoint 2200 for example. It can be configured to route on the lan side and play bridge on the wan side of a DSL setup.
I guess it's not too hard to find a fourth for bridge on the internet.
