IMO dilution at this stage of the companies development is not an issue. The need for more capital can be seen as a positive, since their r&d is leading in a promising direction. An investment would be considered extremely early and speculative since we can only wait and see if the direction they are taking will pan out. There is the risk of other technologies taking over before they can establish a market presence. If their technology does become a true substitute for diesel fuel it will pay off in spades. So good luck to all and keep the risk/reward ratio in mind. GF
