The case is in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, case #99CH11347. The SI threads have given me a wealth of information about my partners Gerald D. Putnam and Townsend Analytics, and for that I am very grateful. My suggestion is to pull the case file, and you can understand the events that took place. Or, the media should have additional coverage as the case progresses.
