If you believe that tpmC is a good measure of system performance, I've got a great deal on a bridge you might be interested in.

This is not to say that I am don't recognize that one can get some pretty potent PC-like boxes or, more to the point, that there aren't some boxes being made with Intel chips that have some of the features of RISC servers. But what do you do when you have the hotest Intel box X makes and you run out of gas? And, what do you run on it? NT? Unixware? Linux, perhaps?
