Well, IMO that's a pretty dumb argument, Rich. That the company may succeed in selling a completely different product in 2000 says nothing about whether the company's statements in 1993 were an intentional misstatement of material facts (which are the primary elements of a fraudulent act).

Rich, et.al.: Let's get off the point and talk trading for a second.....anyone willing to trade this equity? I am, heh! I picked up a "traders" block at ~$8 1/4 and am looking to unload it north of $9.

What the hell, this games suppose to be about profits and more coinage today than yesterday. And since it's volatile right now..... ;-)
