I was just being colorful--I understand the rational behind the downgrade. AMKR traded down almost another full point afterhours as well (on Island), pretty much erasing today's increase. Overall, I think the deal makes sense for all the reasons they stated (and you've mentioned previously). Why lease the entire output of a company when you expect to need the capacity for a long time (we hope) and can cut out the middle man?
