I have worked at Energas for some time now...I was here when we hit the Finley State #1 and it was very exciting. Hopefully we can hit another one like that. Best regards to all, Scott ENERGAS RESOURCES INC. December 1, 1999 Trading Symbol: EEG PRESS RELEASE.....Finley State #3 Well to Begin in the Rusty Creek Prospect Energas Resources Inc. (The "Company") is pleased to announce that the location has been built and the rig is now moving on site to drill the Finley State #3 well in the Rusty Creek Prospect, Niobrara County, Wyoming. This well will be a direct offset to the Finley State #1 well which initially tested at a 24 hour flow rate of 1,516 barrels of oil per day and 1,146,000 cubic feet of gas per day. The Company owns a 37.5% working interest in this 3,000 acre prospect. The Rusty Creek Prospect has a 3,000 barrel tank storage facility in place which is connected to both oil and gas sales pipelines. Further announcements will be forthcoming.
