CNBC/KK interview: 1) KK exudes confidence. It's readily visible in his answers and his quips. 2) Photons don't have a problem with Y2k - no Y2K issues 3) JDSU could be considered the SLR/JBL of the optic mfg 4) Company constrained by mfg 5) High barriers to entry so competition is difficult 6) Early innings of game - analagous to silicon work in 70's & 80's 7) Concentrating on US major routes, yet to build for metro, consumer. This keeps the game going for a while. Great interview. NO ONE even asked him why the stock should be at the level it's at. Interview was very focussed. Steve
