Solomon Alliance Merges with
MPTG Communications - A Leading Wireless Designer
& Manufacturer

ALPHARETTA, Ga., Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Solomon Alliance Group (OTC Bulletin Board: SAGE - news) is pleased to announce the name change of its operating division and wholly-owned subsidiary Visual Link Wireless (VLW) to Knowledge2Go. The name change is a result of VLW's
recent merger with MPTG Communications and reflects the new direction of Company operations as a combined entity. The merger with MPTG Communications adds the critical component of design, manufacture, and sales of wireless data communication devices (under the brand name ``More Power To Go').

MPTG products include self-powered Cellular Digital Packet Data ``CDPD' wireless modems such as the ``GO HP Wireless Modem' which is a Hewlett Packard-approved accessory for its 600 series of Windows CE based hand-held computers. MPTG also has a Hardware Developer Agreement with Palm Computing, Inc., a subsidiary of 3Com Corporation in Mountain View, CA.
New devices expected from MPTG after the merger will provide wireless data connectivity to the Internet for palm-type and other mobile computers.
