What is your concern with the ADR's? I figure, they do not increase the actual share structure of the business, so the worst thing that could happen is that they come into the float right? That has nothing to do with the company valuation itself. What am I missing?

PLA is in play as in playboy. It will spin-off its e-commerce holdings into an IPO during the first quarter of next year. It's been basing around twenty, but making a healthy bounce off that base today. It's a great position play going into the new year.
