>>The business model is certainly great and promising. But the reality, for now, is that we have a market cap worth Almost $300M with only $2M in annual sales.<<

Morning Claude,

You make a valid point. This company is all about potential now. And as I see it, the potential must be pretty impressive to those who have more of a vested interest in seeing it succeed than we do.

For the sake of this discussion, I am referring to Jan Baan, and David Herman. With their backgrounds and connections and the huge value added component that they bring to the table, both of these people could have chosen to go almost anywhere they wanted to. But they obviously felt that their time was best spent with Net Shepherd.

A friend of mine just sent me a Private Message. This is someone who had first bought shares in this company the same day that I made my first purchase. So we go waaaay back <ggg>. Here is some of what he has observed.

I think he makes some good points.

- If you look at the volumes it would appear the majority of shareholders are hanging on and it appears that it is only the stock in weak hands being traded.

- I think this is fairly positive for the company and the stock being issued is going to their financial backers who will probably hold it. So not much has changed in the free trading shares arena.

- On the really positive side, they could have done a deal with a high profile brokerage firms that I know of - but I despise them, or one of those other p & d firms to get the cash they need. Then the stock would hit the streets and mine along with it.

- I think I'll hang on and watch what develops from the sidelines.

- I still think this thing will pop

I have grown to respect this person's perspective on investing. I like his approach and I really like the fact that he is an experienced businessman who during his career has been through the trenches and had risen to a very senior level in a multi billion dollar international company. You don't achieve the level of success that this man has had by making bad decisions on whether a strong management team has the ability to get a job done.

I am very interested to see how far Mr. Baan is planning to take Net Shepherd, along with the spin offs that they have already generated.

Crazy Canuk

Sorry for taking so long to reply Claude.

I've put my back out. Nothing serious, just annoying.Between treatments, lazing about, and keeping an eye on a tad more volitile stock--WiLan (in my wife's account,so I better do good. lol) . . . well these are my excuses and I'm stickin to em.

I wasn't and still am not too concerned about the additional shares as I don't think they will be in the trading picture. Basically leaving us with the same trading float as before.

I missed picking up more today but will within the next few days (gotta take some sweet profit on WiLan, it hasn't reached my target yet, I'm also sometimes greedy HEHE).

What a difference a few months make.

Take care
Harry
