Paramount Ventures & Finance Inc - Easton and Paramount call off negotiations Paramount Ventures & Finance Inc PVF Shares issued 27,591,374 1999-11-29 close $0.46 Tuesday Nov 30 1999 See Easton Minerals Ltd (EM) News Release Mr. Jeremy Kendall reports Easton Minerals has suspended negotiations with Paramount Ventures and Finance Inc. to acquire their 30-per-cent interest in two private Brazilian companies owned by Paramount in the state of Mato Grosso, Brazil. Paramount has offered to pay $50,000 (U.S.) to compensate for Easton's expenses. Easton is continuing discussions with a Brazilian investor that holds a 20-per-cent interest in these two private Brazilian companies to acquire his interest.
