Jill,

<< MSFT word file >>

Good sugestion to Kay on clipping and organizing. A slight variation on same is to substitute a full featured Text Editor like TextPad from Helios for MS Word. Uses considerably less systems resources and is faster. If you need formatting you can cut and paste over to Word after the fact. I'm a Word Nerd but find a TE much better suited to clipping text and basic text composition for a number of reasons.

Speaking of Speed, I'm finding the SI Servers sluggish and cranky over the last several days and its making me cranky.

Jill and all,

Regarding printing and organizing posts ...

Another option to copying and pasting to a word processor file is to simply save a message, article or whatever as a bookmarked site or favorite place in your brower.

The only problem with that method pertaining to some analysts' write-ups is that they are not always maintained on the Net, in which case it's good to save the file on your hard disk. To do that, simply access the file online and click the right mouse buttom anywhere on the file. Follow the rest of the intuitive (yeah, right!) instructions to save the file to your hard disk.

Re: printing out and saving posts
Jill, instead of copying to your word processor files, you can copy the message and send yourself a private message which contains what you copied. ( add yourself to peoplemarks to make it easy). SI then allows you to repost the message to a folder you create.
