I believe he needs to gather more information before he can say that. Much more then a card. Antenna, backbone to the site, towers, filters, software, etc etc. Nothing like HDR which is just a card.

HDR is not data only per HDR Demo, fast forward 38 mins into it and watch it 10 mins, Will be mutiMedia.Q's HDR netcastinc.com
Is the internet multimedia,are games, web pages, etc any where your at without a dish something people want ?
